Effluent Treatment Plant For Textile Industries

Unistar manufacturers of effluent treatment plant for textile industry are seen looking for large quantity of clean water as it is an important resource in a variety of processes, such as dyeing and accomplishing the final stages of production and water covers a long way from cotton stuff, colour to oils and other chemicals and all such factors make it a strong need for an effective effluent treatment plant for textile industries.

As such, at every textile industry, there are used a lot of chemicals, dyes, bleaches and detergents which release a big number of waste, which is sometimes biodegradable, containing higher BOD and COD and the harsh properties of such chemicals make it impossible to reuse and such is bound to raise a range of environmental issues too, making it crucial that proper effluent or sewage treatment plant is installed at such textile industries to deal with it in the most proficient way.

Our advanced machines ensuring membrane filtering comprising all of the process subsets, such as Nano-filtering, Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-filtration act like a superior command and control to deal with the deluge of effluent as released by such industries. Such a technique is without doubt the most superior one and it puts forth the best scope for water recovery and to arrange for its reuse. Besides, our unique and precisely manufactured and programmed effluent treatment plant for textile industries come packed with a range of notable features, such as changeable size, total capacity to be managed and are available in various easy to use modes such as manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. Like any other effluent treatment plant, here also, treatment is carried out in phases, where solids are removed first, followed by physio-chemical treatment, then biological treatment and tertiary phase as well.

In grander scheme of things, each and every small component and even the nuts and bolts of our effluent treatment plant, is doubly checked and are quality tested for its outstanding performance. We offer free installation service across the country and promise to provide the best of our class skill and to live by your expectations. Our Directors Board, have set the most competitive prices and we are always ready to negotiate our service agreements in order to prevent the entry of harmful chemicals into our environment and they should not threaten our children’s health and their tomorrow.

Clearly, effluent treatment plant for textile industry the ETP is targeted to control environmental costs and to function according to principles as are laid by Ministry of Environment and Forest and which are advocated by United Nations Environment Program also.

WASTE WATER AND TREATED WATER CHARACTERSTICS:-
Wastewater will have the following characteristics of before and after treatment as per PCB norms. As the BOD load is equally distributed in daily discharge, no separate BOD removal is suggested.

TREATMENT CONCEPT
The effluent reach to ETP from all the streams is made homogeneous in the underground equalization tank, after subjected to, bar screen chamber, and Oil and grease trap.

  • Air agitation is being provided in the equalization tank to ensure homogeneity.
  • Effluent is lifted and transferred to flash mixer, where coagulant/chemicals are being added by dosing.
  • Dosing is achieved by automatic dosing pumps for precise quantities of chemical dosing.
  • Air agitation is provided in dosing tanks and flash mixer for mixing of solutions.
  • The air quantity can be regulated by valves provided in the piping.
  • The overflow solution of flash mixer shall be taken to clari-flocculator tank.
  • Flocculent chemical is added in this tank with dosing pump, which help the impurities to form large flocs in the form of sludge.
  • The clarifier is inclined tube type settler, having tubepac media for sludge separation. These are inclined tubes made out of PVC material, placed at an angle of 600.
  • Sludge settles at the bottom of tube settler and treated water goes to biological treatment.
  • Sludge from the bottom of the clarifier in being taken to sludge drying beds or filter press system for dewatering.
  • Sludge cakes are being formed after separation of water.
  • Solid waste will be transferred to land fill or PCB designated sites.
  • Sludge settles at the bottom of secondary tube settler and treated water overflows to treated water holding tank.
  • Filtered water from sludge dewatering system will be taken back to equalization tank.
  • Water from TWHT is being transferred to DMF (Dual Media Filter) for final treatment of TSS.
  • Water from DMF is being transferred to ACF (Activated Carbon Filter) for treatment of Color, Odor etc.
  • Finally water will be discharged or used for horticulture.
